Registration Terms and Conditions

IFM courses, excluding special events, are limited to approximately 20 persons and registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment (or invoicing for approved firms) is required at the time of booking.

SUBSTITUTIONS, RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION:

Substitute attendees are always welcome and changes may be made free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the start of the event with written notice or by emailing info@theIFM.org. Rescheduling less than ten (10) business days prior to the course date will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Please be aware that you may reschedule once.

Cancellations more than ten (10) business days prior to the course date receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee; cancellations made within 10 business days of the program date will be refunded 50% of the rate charged.
