Courses are designed by the individual exchanges, with a deliberate focus on addressing areas where they identify the frequent infractions or the greatest need for additional education. Topics include prohibited and disruptive trading practices as well as position limits, block trades, EFRPs, etc.  We regularly ask each market regulator to review their content for relevance and to make content updates or additions when identified by an exchange.

Exchange courses are frequently bought together with Market Conduct courses and applicable to both buy-side and sell-side employees.

The IFM is the nonprofit educational foundation of the Futures Industry Association. Since 1989, the IFM has worked to educate and train derivatives market participants and stakeholders and to promote high standards of market conduct.

FIA Member firms and their employees are eligible for discounts for online training courses. FIA members include more than 300 financial services firms as well as fund managers, commercial hedgers, global exchanges, technology vendors, and legal and other professional services providers.
