Give Up Essentials 2: Troubleshooting Real-World Scenarios

Details

Coming Soon!   Building on the knowledge from Give Up Essentials, this course examines problems that can arise during give-up trade processing, identifies where they occur and explores how the problems can be resolved.

This training content focuses on a particular area of back-office operations. The course consists of seven modules including knowledge checks, three complex process branching scenarios with gamification, and a 25-question assessment. The branching scenarios allow learners to practice real-world decision-making skills which can minimize the likelihood of processing errors in the real-world.
